The final stage before your order reaches the world

Our Packing & Shipment Loading department is where production discipline meets logistics precision. By the time a garment reaches this floor, it has passed quality inspection — here we ensure it reaches you in exactly the same condition it left us in.

Every order is packed to the client’s own requirements: folding style, polybag gauge, carton configuration, labelling language and marking fields are all matched to your packing list before a single piece is sealed. We treat packing not as an afterthought but as a client-facing deliverable in its own right.

Our logistics team manages export documentation, freight booking and container loading in-house — removing the coordination risk that comes with outsourced packing or freight forwarding.

How every order moves from floor to freight

Four sequential stages, each signed off before the next begins — so the container is loaded with verified, documented cargo every time.

Final QC & AQL Inspection

Garments released from the sewing floor are re-inspected on the packing floor against our standard AQL 2.5 checklist — measurements, surface, hardware and label placement. Any unit failing goes back to the relevant department, not into the polybag.

Folding & Polybag Sealing

Approved garments are folded to the client's specified fold style (flat, hanger-ready or roll-pack) and sealed in the correct gauge polybag. Size stickers and hang tags are applied at this stage. Branded polybags with client logos can be produced to order.

Carton Assembly & Marking

Polybag units are packed into double-walled export cartons in the agreed ratio and configuration. Every carton is marked with PO number, style, colour, size breakdown, gross weight, net weight and country of origin — matching your commercial invoice exactly. Barcode labels are applied where required by the buyer's warehouse system.

Container Loading & Dispatch

Cartons are loaded into the nominated container in sequence against the master packing list. Dunnage and restraint are applied to prevent in-transit shift. Loading photos and a container seal number are shared with the client before departure. Full export documentation is issued simultaneously by our in-house logistics team.
